The companies making the hardware, not the people buying it, are deciding what should be supported, what should be priced reasonably, and what should be considered obsolete.

The Price of a Standard Feature

This version would apparently share identical specifications with the existing 7500F, save for one addition: integrated graphics. That is not a revolutionary feature. Leaving Hardware Behind on Purpose

If the chip launches at that rumored price and sells well, it will signal that consumers accept paying a premium for integrated graphics.
